2. Personal data we process
When you contact us
Our contact form collects your name, email address, company or organisation, requested service, project description, indicative budget, and confirmation that you have read this notice. If you contact us directly, we also process the content and metadata of the communication.
When you visit the website
Our server and technical service providers may process your IP address, device and browser type, request date and time, pages visited, referring URL, and technical security data. Google Analytics is activated only after you provide consent.

4. Recipients and service providers
Personal data is accessible only to authorised personnel and, where necessary, our technical service providers:
- Google LLC, through Google Forms, which receives contact form submissions, and through Google Analytics 4 only after consent;
- our website hosting, infrastructure, security, and maintenance providers;
- professional advisers or public authorities, only where required or permitted by law.
We do not sell personal data and do not use contact form data for marketing without a separate legal basis.
5. International data transfers
Google and certain technical service providers may process personal data outside Albania. Where required, transfers are supported by appropriate contractual safeguards and supplementary measures in accordance with applicable law. 6. Retention periods
- Contact enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle them and manage a potential business relationship, normally no longer than 24 months after the last communication, unless a legal obligation or claim requires longer retention.
- Contractual and financial records are retained for the periods required by applicable law.
- Technical logs are retained only for the period necessary for security and diagnostics, according to the provider’s configuration.
- Your cookie choice is stored on your device for 12 months.
- Google Analytics cookies have the retention periods shown in section 8.
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of Law No. 124/2024, you may request information and access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability, and you may object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Bizzful does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing.

Cookies are small files, or similar technologies, that store information on your device. Non-essential cookies are not activated before you provide consent.
